Understanding The True Nature of America (One Of Several Components For A Corruption Free Community).

(FAIR NOTICE:  Do not read if you have a weak mind that cannot handle the uncomfortable Truth.)

Modern America today is filled with unenlightened people who like to protest, point their fingers at others, and blame the American System as being dysfunctional for their life difficulties; without looking into the mirror to recognize that they are co-contributors to their situations.  As they say, "It takes two to tango".

How many Americans bother to read and understand the U.S. Constitution, their State Constitution, and the City/Town Charter that they live in?  If you were to go to Las Vegas to gamble and play card games like Black Jack or Poker.  Would you not try to learn the rules to these games?  It would be foolish of you to risk your money playing a card game without knowing the rules to the game right?  Playing a game without knowing its rules would certainly lead you to loose the game and to loose your money.  Many Americans loose their properties, monies, rights, and liberty because they don't know the rules to the state and the rules to the city that they live in.  And whose fault is that?  (Remember: even if you live in a rural area outside the city, if your property is located within the city jurisdiction area, you are still bound & subjected to that city's rules and regulations.)  The American System is not dysfunctional, it is working just fine as intended.  It is the people being ignorant of how the system works that is in part, the root cause of their woes and suffering.

If people read & understand the U.S. Constitution and their State Constitution, they would realize that America is set up to provide legal protection to community-minded people, not selfish greedy individualistic people.  For example, State own properties (i.e. public own properties) are tax-exempt, while individual private own properties are tax.  It's legal framework favors and rewards communities to encourage communal behaviors, while discouraging individualistic behaviors; because it wants community/unity not individual/division.  Why?  Here are some clues from the founding fathers of the United States.

“Then join hand in hand, brave Americans all! By uniting we stand, by dividing we fall!”  --  John Dickinson

“America united with a handful of troops, or without a single soldier, exhibits a more forbidding posture to foreign ambition than America disunited, with a hundred thousand veterans ready for combat.”  --  James Madison, Federalist No. 14, November 30, 1787

“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen.”  --  Samuel Adams

Because America was created as a nation that opens its door to immigrants from all around the world.  Both good and evil people come into America.  Both intelligent and ignorant people come into America.  Since our founding fathers were highly intelligent.  And the nature of intelligent people is that they like to plan ahead, to address anticipated problems down the road.  Thus, anticipating that evil & ignorant people will create corrupt communities/cities, the legal framework created by the founding fathers was designed to cause any corrupt city/township to self-destruct.  It does so....  not by stopping corruption but by having legal provisions accelerating it, allowing local corruption to expand & multiply unimpeded and then collapse under its own weight.  This is similar to how firemen fight large forest fire, by starting even more fire instead of using water.  They would create a fire line to burn up all the fuel so that when the main fire comes, it will collapse.

"It is a happy circumstance in human affairs that evils which are not cured in one way will cure themselves in some other."  --  Thomas Jefferson, letter to John Sinclair, 1791

The concept of allowing evil to cure itself is the concept of fighting fire with fire; of making corrupt communities self-destruct under the weight of their own corruptions.

Why was it so important for the founding fathers to ensure that corrupt cities/townships self-destruct?  Because local government corruption is the number one domestic threat to National Security.  It allows foreign powers to wine and dine corrupt local officials and establish a local base of operation, from which they can expand & spread throughout the rest of America.  So by accelerating the self-destruction of corrupt communities, the founding fathers deny foreign powers from gaining a foothold and from maintaining their base of operation in America.

Remember that back then, there was no internet, no television news, no planes or cars for ease of travel.  So it was quite difficult to monitor all these communities and identify which was corrupt to be dealt with.  So the founding fathers designed a system that was self-correcting.  When a local community becomes corrupt, the legal framework ensures that it will self-destruct, preventing it from becoming a threat to the rest of the National System.  We human do the same.  When we get breast cancer, we cut our breast off (a form of self-destruct for the breast), to prevent the cancer from spreading to the rest of our body.

Secondly, America was just starting out.  She did not have a lot of funding to maintain a large pool of agents that can go under cover to flush out corrupt local officials.  The founding fathers had to create a National Security System that was resource efficient.  Designing a system that would cause a corrupt community to self-destruct is very resource efficient.  They used corruption against itself, which does not cost anything.

The other reason for causing corrupt cities/townships to self-destruct has to do with the following understanding.

"But a Constitution of Government once changed from Freedom, can never be restored. Liberty, once lost, is lost forever."  --  John Adams, letter to Abigail Adams, July 17, 1775

Once a city/township becomes corrupted, and it change/amend the local government constitution (i.e. city charter and ordinances) to become oppressive and begins to deny liberties and rights to the local citizens, there is no going back.  By collapsing these corrupt cities/townships, it is an effective way of stripping power from these corrupt local officials, as well as getting rid of that corruptive culture & corruptive social environment.  Unenlightened people tend to point their fingers at and put all the blames on corrupt officials, while not recognizing that the corrupt officials are merely the products of the corrupt culture & corrupt social environment that they live in.  There is no point in removing corrupt officials from offices, only to have the same corruptive environment produces new corrupt people that will occupy local government offices.  This self-destruct strategy can be summed up with this analogy.  If a business is well manage and run by people of integrity, it will prosper and grow.  If it is poorly manage and run by corrupt people, then it will go bankrupt and collapse.  The same outcome can be said for cities/townships.

So what about innocent and repentant people who are trap in these corrupt cities/townships.  How are they protected?  What legal recourse do they have?

"Government is instituted for the common good; for the protection, safety, prosperity, and happiness of the people; and not for profit, honor, or private interest of any one man, family, or class of men; therefore, the people alone have an incontestable, unalienable, and indefeasible right to institute government; and to reform, alter, or totally change the same, when their protection, safety, prosperity, and happiness require it."  --  John Adams, Thoughts on Government, 1776

If people bother to read their U.S. and State Constitutions, they would realize that they have a legal pathway to create their own township/city with their own jurisdiction and be able to set up their own new local government to escape these corrupt cities.  But they can only access these legal protection as a community, not as individual.  People need to understand that their individual rights can only be protected when they band together.  If they stand divided as individuals they will have no legal protection and are easily exploited & oppressed.  The legal framework created by the founding fathers don't have legal protection for individuals, because they don't want foreign powers to send in individual agents that can exploit them.  That is why if you read the U.S. or State Constitutions, they always talk in terms of giving rights to the people (i.e. the group), not to the person (i.e. the individual).  Power, authority, and rights are given to the group, who in turn is suppose to protect the individual rights of the members of the group (this is a form of delegation of governmental responsibility).  If a group fail to protect a person individual rights, then the person can leave to join a different group that will protect their individual rights.  Or they can band together with others to form their own group to protect their individual rights.  Similarly, if a corrupt city/township fail to protect a person individual rights and liberty, they can leave to go live in another city/township that will protect their individual rights and liberty.  If they can't find one, then they can band together with others to form their own township for such purposes.

And for this reason, many corrupt cities/townships promote and condition individualistic behaviors into their residence.  It is a form of divide, conquer, and subjugation.  So long as people are individualistic, they can't get along with each others.  And so they can't collaborate to free themselves as a group, by making use of the available protection from the U.S. and State Constitutions.  During the days of southern slavery plantations, similar "individualistic" tactics were employed to keep the slaves psychologically divided so they don't work together to free themselves.  Slaves from different tribes with different cultures and different languages were put together on the same plantation to prevent collaboration.  All those modern cities/townships that are corrupt, act like slave plantations.  They operate by economic slavery instead of the traditional physical slavery, but they employ similar tactics to keep people divided and unable to work together to get out.

People forget that the founding fathers went to great length to ensure that the liberties of future generations are protected from both foreign and domestic threats.  Remember that they came from a world where the greater threats to their God given rights & liberties came from domestic sources and not foreign source.  That is why they left and came to America.  Determined not to repeat history, they put a lot of counter-measures against domestic threats to people's God given rights & civil liberties in the system that they created.  The self-destruct mechanisms for corrupt communities are among those counter-measures.  That is why certain cities/townships in America are self-destructing, like Detroit for example.  Detroit has a culture of corruption.  A culture of people exploiting one another and disregarding each others needs.  It is a culture of individualistic greed.  A culture of Americans betraying Americans (i.e. a traitorous culture).

It has corruption from the highest office of the city, the mayor.

It has corruption in its city council members. (So they ran their community into the ground, into bankruptcy.  Now they vote themselves a raise.  Say what?!?!)

It has corruption in its school system.

It has corruption in its police department.

It has corruption in its church.

It even has corruption in its water department.

Recall what founding father John Adam said up above:

"Government is instituted for the common good; for the protection, safety, prosperity, and happiness of the people; and not for profit, honor, or private interest of any one man, family, or class of men;"

When corrupt local governments start evicting and making people homeless; and forcing people to die from starvation and exposure to the elements.  They are no longer fulfilling the purpose of their existence.  Which is to protect the people.  Recall also, that decades ago, all the basic necessities needed for life (water, gas, electricity) were provided by the local governments.  They operated as the department of water & power (DWP); and the department was operated not for profit, but at cost.  Then all these corrupt cities started outsourcing these services to private companies, that provide these services for profit instead of at cost.  These private companies also started raising the price for these services to ridiculous amount to increase their profit margin.  And when the residence of these corrupt cities can't pay the ridiculous high price, they get their water, gas, or electricity shut off.  So when corrupt local governments allowed the privatization of essential services necessary for life; they are no longer fulfilling the purpose of their existence.  Which is to provide protection, safety, prosperity and happiness for the people. The people decades ago allowed this to happen, so now their children and descendants suffer for their sins.  And who were these corrupt local governments? They were people from those very same communities.  They were the products of those corrupt communities.  Without people, there is no community.  So when a corrupt local government start killing off their own people by denying them access to basic life necessities, there is no going back.  Liberty once lost, is lost forever.  The founding fathers of America foresaw all these horrors, because they had seen similar horrors back in Europe.  Now you can understand why they created self-destruct mechanisms in the legal framework.  To contain the corruptive culture and to prevent it from spreading to other communities.

Once people come to understand & recognize that these self-destruct mechanisms exist.  They can then make sense of why there are resistance to and suppression of any attempt to revitalize corrupt urban cities in decay.  For example, Larry Agran was a presidential candidate for the 1992 Election.  He was denied large public exposure and was heavily suppressed by the media.  Why?  Because he ran on a campaign that try to revitalize America's urban cities in decay.  In effect, he was trying to interfere with these self-destruct mechanisms.  So the American System suppressed him.

Now why would a city be in decay and need revitalization in the first place?  Because that city has been corrupted.  The corrupt local officials are pocketing the money, mismanaging the city and running it into the ground.  So there is no point in funding the revitalization of a corrupt city if the corruptive culture of that city has not changed, has not been cleansed.  The fund would just end up in the private pockets of the corrupt local officials all over again.  And that is why there are oppositions to funding the revitalization of cities in decay.  Not only that, but efforts to accelerate the self-destruction of these corrupt cities/townships are also employed.  Such as using the various agencies to flood the corrupt communities with drugs and guns.  For examples:

Keep in mind that drugs and guns are not the only strategies being employed to accelerate the self-destruction of these corrupt communities.  Don't be angry at these agencies for doing what they do.  They are authorized to do so.  That is why the C.I.A. director from the video up above can sit there and confidently say that if they find any illegal activities, they will bring those responsible to justice.  But how can the actions of their agents be illegal if they are authorized to do so?  The process of accelerating the self-destruction of corrupt communities is the process of bringing justice.  Notice that at all the courthouse, there is a statue of lady justice with a blindfold, with one hand holding the scale and the other hand holding the sword.

The blindfold is symbolic for impartiality in judgement (i.e. not showing favoritism to anyone, not even to fellow citizens during a judgement).  The scale is symbolic for the trials, the temptations, the tests used to determine guilt or innocent.  Corrupt behaviors are put on one side of the scale, and innocent behaviors are put on the other side.  If there are more corrupt behaviors, then the scale will tip toward the guilty side.  Similar testing/temptation schemes are used to judge and evaluate communities across America.  The sword is symbolic for death and destruction, which is the solution reserved by lady justice for the guilty.  So justice is the process of impartially and unbiasedly bringing destruction, bringing an end to things that are corrupt and unjust in order to restore civil liberties, balance, and stability for a nation.  And just as individuals are put to the sword if they are guilty, so too communities are put to the sword if they are guilty of corruption.  There is also something else associated with justice.  The phrase "Temper justice with mercy", is often found written on the statue of lady justice.  Mercy comes in the form of giving unenlightened people knowledge of right and wrong, so they can repent and earn forgiveness and leniency.  So we the people better start reading and comprehending the intent of the U.S. and the State constitutions if we want to survive the purging game, the purging test.

Various agencies are authorized to shut down corrupt communities; and the means by which they use to achieve this is up to their discretion.  If a community is NOT CORRUPT, then the people in it would not take the drugs nor sell it to each others.  If a community is NOT CORRUPT, then the people in it would not pick up the cheap or free guns to shoot at each others.  Starting to see the BIG picture?  So the moral of the story is....  Don't create a corrupt community, and don't let your community becomes corrupt.  Otherwise, the American System will come down very heavy handed to ensure that your corrupt community self-destruct.  If you have any doubt as to the truth of this, just consider carefully the oath of enlistment that U.S. soldiers take.  The enlistee swore to defend the Constitution of the U.S. from all threats, both foreign and domestic.  And how do soldiers defend something?  Through the use of force, violence, and destruction.  And recall we clued you in previously, that local government corruption is the number one domestic threat to the National System.  Are you starting to connect the dots yet?  Starting to see the connection between the use of force, violence, and destruction in dealing with corrupt communities that are a threat to the National System?  So the oath of enlistment is documented proof that the American System is willing to use force, violence, and destruction in dealing with domestic threat.  It's all out in plain sight for everyone to see, if only they choose to pay attention.  There is a civil war on, and it is between the National System and these corrupt communities.  Take Chicago for example.  THEY literally go public to let everyone know that THEY are going to destroy the corrupt city of Chicago in the videos below.  Unfortunately, people are too distracted by their petty corrupt lives of consuming and seeking entertainment to take notice of the fair warnings.

But don't fret, all is not so bleak.  There is HOPE for salvation!  Remember: the founding fathers also designed a life line to help innocent & repentant people escape from these self-destruct mechanisms that the corrupt cities/townships are entrapped in.

The ability to leave and form new community and institute new local government is another one of those counter-measures, to protect both civil liberties as well as protecting National Security.  A nation is compose of communities.  Therefore, the more corrupt and unsuccessful communities there are, the weaker the nation gets.  And vice versa, the more successful communities with integrity there are, the stronger the nation gets.  So in the interest of promoting National Security, America favors the self-destruction of corrupt communities, while supporting the creation of new communities of integrity that are successful.  Remember that the founding fathers did not stay in the corrupt environment of Europe, but left for America to start fresh, to start anew. (Important: They did not start again, they start anew.  They did not repeat the old failed ways of Europe.  They created a new way.  The new American way of starting anew and avoiding the mistakes of the past.  And they passed on to future generations this ability to start fresh, to start anew, in the legal framework that they created.).  There is not much preventing people from working together to get out of these corrupt cities.  A group of poor people can pool their resources to buy a piece of property and form their own township.  But as individuals, each of them don't have enough funding by themselves to buy anything to get out.  Only their corrupt individualistic mentality and lack of understanding of how the American System works, are preventing them from escaping these corrupt cities/townships.  Thus, so long as people stay corrupt and ignorant, they will stay trapped, as intended by the founding fathers' design.  But when they repent and change their behaviors toward love, integrity, and enlightenment; they will be able to work together to escape these traps.

Which brings us to the next point.  America is set up to favor and reward educated enlightened people, not intentional ignorant people.  (Keep in mind: there is a big difference between those who are ignorant because they have been denied access to knowledge, and those who have access to knowledge but reject them and stay ignorant intentionally).  In favoring & rewarding educated enlightened people, it motivates & pushes people to self-educate themselves.  Why?  Here are some clues from the founding fathers of the United States.

"If a nation expects to be ignorant — and free — in a state of civilization, it expects what never was and never will be."  --  Thomas Jefferson, letter to Colonel Charles Yancey, January 6, 1816

"A popular Government, without popular information, or the means of acquiring it, is but a Prologue to a Farce or a Tragedy; or, perhaps both. Knowledge will forever govern ignorance: And a people who mean to be their own Governors, must arm themselves with the power which knowledge gives."  --  James Madison, letter to W.T. Barry, August 4, 1822

"I know no safe depository of the ultimate powers of the society but the people themselves; and if we think them not enlightened enough to exercise their control with a wholesome discretion, the remedy is not to take it from them, but to inform their discretion by education. This is the true corrective of abuses of constitutional power."  --  Thomas Jefferson, letter to William Charles Jarvis, September 28, 1820

"But of all the views of this law none is more important, none more legitimate, than that of rendering the people the safe, as they are the ultimate, guardians of their own liberty. For this purpose the reading in the first stage, where they will receive their whole education, is proposed, as has been said, to be chiefly historical. History by apprising them of the past will enable them to judge of the future; it will avail them of the experience of other times and other nations; it will qualify them as judges of the actions and designs of men; it will enable them to know ambition under every disguise it may assume; and knowing it, to defeat its views."  --  Thomas Jefferson, Notes on the State of Virginia, Query 14, 1781

"His Example is now complete, and it will teach wisdom and virtue to magistrates, citizens, and men, not only in the present age, but in future generations, as long as our history shall be read."  --  John Adams, message to the U.S. Senate, December 19, 1799

Now did you comprehend what founding father Thomas Jefferson said above?  It is we the people who are the ultimate guardians of our liberties, not the government.  It falls upon our shoulder when all else fail.  We are the last line of defense for our liberties and rights as a community.  America relies on an educated population to safeguard their own liberties and rights.  If people do not know what are their rights, how can they defend them?  If people do not know what legal recourse they have to defend their liberties with, because they did not bother to read the U.S. and State Constitutions.  How can they make use of such legal recourse to defend their liberties?

This is why great expenses are spent to maintain public libraries all across America, as well as free access to the internet.  So that all Americans can access information to self-educate themselves and safeguard their own rights and liberties as a community.  No other nations on this planet invest so heavily into giving its citizens the opportunity to self-educate.

It is unfortunate that many Americans have become trapped by the consumer life-styles.  They have become accustomed to feeling entitled to things delivered to their door steps, all nicely packaged.  They have become accustomed to having things delivered to them on a silver platter.  Like spoiled children who ask their teacher questions to answers that can easily be found, if only they do their own reading assignment.

It is that kind of laziness and complacency that is responsible for Americans loosing their liberties and rights, as well as placing them into debt & poverty.  So don't go pointing fingers at others or at the American System until one points it at oneself first.

The American System is self-correcting and self-cleansing itself of corruption at the moment.  That is why so many townships across America are collapsing, or disincorporating.  Because these communities are run by corrupt and ignorant people.  They have ran their communities into the ground or are in the process of doing so.  For examples:

If you've paid careful attention to the above four examples.  You will notice that these corrupt communities took the bait and fell into a trap that causes their budget to spiral out of control, leading to bankruptcy.  Did you notice that the bait & trap came from their State level?  Now what happen when a corrupt community becomes insolvent?  The consequences are given in detail in the State Constitution & Legislation.  Note what the Rhode Island State Treasurer said: "No body wants to make the tough choices.  Central Falls proves that....  these choices will be made for you, if you don't act quickly enough.  The consequence will be devastating."  So what she saying is, these corrupt communities better clean up their acts or the consequences will be devastating.

A corrupt community produces ever more criminals, which necessitate the increases in law enforcement presence and its budget.  Which in turn contributes to the city budget spiraling out of control toward bankruptcy.  So by their corrupt nature, these communities self-destruct.  On the other hand.  A community of integrity would not produce criminals.  The local government of a corruption-free community would manage that community with fiscal responsibility, and would not allow the budget to spiral out of control.  Thus, a corruption-free community would remain stable and would never face bankruptcy.

For now people are lucky that only 50% of their retirement pension is being cut.  But in the future, their entire retirement pension might be seized and they won't even get anything.  Notice also that these victims knew that there were corruptions in their local governments, and knew that there were pension problems.  They just didn't think the consequences will happen in their life time.  They chose to stay in the corrupt community instead of leaving.  Thus, they were co-contributors to their misfortune.  So the moral of the story is....  Better know the Constitution of the State you're living in.  Make sure you don't work for a corrupt community.  And definitely don't bank on a corrupt community to fund your retirement pension.

Learning from the mistakes, consequences, and misfortunes of the various corrupt communities throughout America. We are determine to make use of these lessons to build a corruption-free community.  And the first step toward an incorruptible community is helping everyone that join us be able to read and understand the U.S. and State Constitutions.  Not only that, but to understand the intents behind what is written.  And also, the children born into the prototype community will be taught to comprehend the U.S. and State Constitutions and their intents, so that they can ensure and maintain a corruption-free community indefinitely.  So long as our community stay corruption-free, the American System will not come down on us heavy handedly.  By staying well-educated, loving, and corruption-free, our community will also be able to survive the cleansing purge.

========================

For those with humility and a gentle heart to comprehend:

"Do not be one who shakes hands in pledge or puts up security for debts; if you lack the means to pay, your very bed will be snatched from under you."  --  Proverbs 22:27

"my people are destroyed from lack of knowledge. "Because you have rejected knowledge, I also reject you as my priests; because you have ignored the law of your God, I also will ignore your children." "  --  Hosea 4:6

"For the LORD gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding.  He holds success in store for the upright, he is a shield to those whose walk is blameless, for he guards the course of the just and protects the way of his faithful ones.  Then you will understand what is right and just and fair--every good path.  For wisdom will enter your heart, and knowledge will be pleasant to your soul.  Discretion will protect you, and understanding will guard you.  Wisdom will save you from the ways of wicked men, from men whose words are perverse, who have left the straight paths to walk in dark ways, who delight in doing wrong and rejoice in the perverseness of evil, whose paths are crooked and who are devious in their ways."  --  Proverbs 2:6
